Services and estimates
Repair services, timing, parts, and prices are subject to inspection and availability. Estimates may change when additional issues are discovered, with customer authorization requested where appropriate.
Customer data
Customers are responsible for backing up device data before service. TECHY, LLC is not responsible for data loss resulting from device condition, repair, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Warranty and liability
Applicable service warranties are limited to the repair and parts identified in the service documentation. Warranty coverage does not extend to unrelated defects, accidental damage, misuse, or subsequent damage.
Device collection
Completed devices should be collected promptly. Devices left for more than 30 days may be treated as abandoned where permitted by applicable law.
